Access to CrawlStack data requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CrawlStack data only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute raw data feeds to third parties
- Use data to harass, spam, or harm individuals
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our collection methods
- Exceed your plan's rate limits or usage quotas
- Use automated means to access our service beyond our provided API
5. Data Accuracy

CrawlStack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access data ends immediately, but provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and disputes survive.
